Privacy for Humans

A plain-English explanation of how your data is handled.

Text-Based Data Storage

Your text data (names, notifications, passwords) is encrypted and stored in an AWS encrypted database behind a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). Our caching layer is also encrypted and isolated between data centres.

Image Data Storage

Your photos and images are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with access restricted to authorised systems and engineers. Shareable links use tokens that are virtually impossible to guess.

Third-Party Data Transfers

We only share data with trusted third-party systems subject to strict privacy and security controls.

Internal Access

Support team: May access your account and photos when you request support
Technical team: Temporary server access for debugging and development only

5. Analytics Opt-Out

To opt out of PostHog analytics, visit posthog.com/opt-out or enable your browser's Do Not Track setting. Analytics cookies are not set in staging or development environments.

We respect browser-level Do Not Track (DNT) signals. When DNT is enabled, our analytics cookies will not be set for your session.
