Which plan is mine?
Pick your role on the project and we'll highlight what applies to you.
You need a Project plan: $1,080 a month per active project, or $10,800 a year upfront. Your first project is free for 30 days. Invite as many contractors, subcontractors and viewers as you like at no cost. Each project adds 1TB to your storage pool; you only pay more when your whole company's record passes that total.
Subby is free. Contribute to any paid project you're invited to, upload as much as you like, and the photos and footage your crews capture there are yours to keep. When you start running your own sites, add a Project plan.
Free. Ask the project owner to invite you as a viewer and you'll see the whole record, read-only, from any device.
Unlimited is priced at twelve projects: $129,600 a year on a fixed 12-month plan, paid upfront. That's $10,800 a month. At twelve active projects it costs the same as twelve Project plans paid yearly. From the thirteenth, extra projects cost nothing and only storage grows. It includes 12TB shared across every project, open and closed, plus the platform extras as they ship: search by describing what you remember, cross-project search, AI assistants, API and integrations.

Four promises behind every price.
Project managers hold the plan
The company running the site pays: the asset owner's project manager, or a contractor running its own job. Nobody else on the project is asked to.
Price per site, not per person
One plan covers the whole site. Your team, every contractor and subbie, and every viewer join free, so the record fills with everyone's photos.
Take as many photos as you like
Phone capture is never metered. Every project includes 1TB, roughly 250,000 photos. You only pay more if your whole record outgrows what's included.
Stop paying when the job's done
Close a project and its fee stops. The record stays viewable free for 12 months, and nothing is deleted.
Who is the customer on a project?
The project owner: the company that creates the project, owns the record and invites everyone else. That's usually the asset owner's project manager, or a contractor running its own site. Owners, contractors and subcontractors all work in the same project, but only the owner pays.
Do contractors and subcontractors pay anything?
No. They join free on the Subby plan, contribute to paid projects, and keep the photos and footage their crews capture there. When they start running their own sites, they add a Project plan.
How does storage work?
Storage is pooled across your company. Each Project plan adds 1TB to the pool, and Unlimited includes 12TB for all projects, open and closed. You pay for extra storage only when your whole record passes that total, at $150 per TB a month, billed on average use across the month. A terabyte holds roughly 250,000 phone photos, or about 3 months of continuous video from one camera, so photo-only projects rarely fill it. Camera footage and years of history are what grow it.
What happens when a project closes?
Closing a project stops its fee. Closed projects stay viewable free for 12 months, then are kept at the storage rate. On Unlimited they simply stay in the shared pool.
When does Unlimited make sense?
At twelve active projects, Unlimited costs the same as twelve Project plans. From the thirteenth project, extra projects are free and only storage grows.
Who can add cameras?
Project managers on a Project or Unlimited plan add cameras to their own projects. Piksort cameras are $18 a day per camera, ex GST, with 4K and continuous video as options. You can also connect cameras you already have from supported vendors. Footage lands in the project record and counts toward the storage pool of whoever owns the camera. Subby accounts capture with the mobile app only.
